Return & Refund Guidelines

 

At Bright Light Logistics Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. To ensure a smooth return process, please review our return policy carefully.

Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on all shipping containers, excluding items marked “as-is” or “on sale.”

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. Unopened: The product must remain in its original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or tampered with.

  2. Within 3 Days: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. We recommend inspecting your items promptly to ensure they meet your expectations.

  3. Due Diligence: The end user is responsible for inspecting and maintaining the products, including checking welding spots, wear areas, lubricating moving parts, and ensuring bolts are tight. These inspections should be performed regularly for stationary containers and each time a container is relocated.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@brightlightlogistics.com or 519-619-9922. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and inform you of the return status. If approved, we will issue a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for covering all costs related to the return, including shipping and insurance (if applicable). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

  5. Inspection: Once we receive the return, we will inspect it to verify eligibility. This process may take up to [number of days] business days.

Note: Items such as lifting hooks, caster wheels, and equipment used to relocate containers that show signs of use will not be eligible for refund.

Refunds

If the returned product meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized items

Damaged or Defective Items
