Bright Light offers a 1 year warranty all of its shipping containers excluding items marked as-is or on sale.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only on products that meet the following criteria:
1. Unopened: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
2. Within 3 Days: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the product’s delivery date. We recommend inspecting your items promptly upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations.
Due Diligence: It is the due diligence of the end user of the Bright Light product(s) to make sure they are properly inspected and maintained at all times. This includes but is not limited to checking welding spots, checking wearing areas, lubricating moving parts, and checking bolts for tightness. These should be done on a regular basis on a container that does not move and done every time a container has moved locations.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via info@brightlightlogistics.com or 519-619-9922 to request a return. Please provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return and photos of the items.
2. Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of its approval status. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for the return.
3. Packaging: Ensure that the product is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional materials that came with it.
4. Shipping: You are responsible for covering all costs associated with returning the item, including shipping and insurance (if applicable). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria. This process may take up to [number of days] business days.
Please note, products such as lifting hooks, caster wheels, and equipment used to relocate shipping containers that are returned with the intent of receiving a refund but show evidence of use will not be re-sent back to the customer.
Refunds
If the returned product passes our inspection and meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
